New Product Profile

To ensure a smooth and efficient formulation process, please provide as much detail as possible in your New Product Profile. The more thorough your responses, the better equipped our Research & Development (R&D) team will be to create a formula tailored to your vision.


To begin the formulation process, please complete the following steps:

  1. Complete the New Product ProfileSubmit one form per product. If multiple products are listed on a single form, we will request that you resubmit each product individually using separate forms.

  2. Fill out the New Customer Profile (for new clients only)

  3. Submit your R&D payment

  4. Send a benchmark sample (if applicable) include your name, company, email, and phone number with the sample package.


⚠️ Reminder: Only one product should be submitted per New Product Profile form. Forms containing multiple products will not be processed until they are resubmitted correctly.



This is what you plan on naming your product. If you are unsure, you can just enter a generic name (i.e. Hydrating Day Cream).

Your budget for the fill. We will use this as a guideline to formulate as close to your budget. If your budget is too low, we will let you know. Your budget is a guideline for how many actives will be in your product and at what levels they can be in your formula. Our lab will not begin your project until we have a proper budget.

Fragrance Level

Only specify if there's a specific color, if not leave blank

i.e. matte, glittery, pearlized, etc.

Is there a product on the market you are trying to replicate? Include both the brand and product name. Please note that if you do list a benchmark, we require that it be sent in prior to beginning your R&D project.

Packaging Type

Each country has different restrictions on what ingredients they allow. If you plan on selling your product in another country, please list the country here. This allows our R&D team to make sure ingredients used comply with that country's regulations.

What is the most important thing you want for this product? Is it using natural ingredients? Having the latest trending ingredients? Being within budget? etc.
