Our Chatsworth facility is registered with the United States Food and Drug Administration. FDA Establishment Identifier (FEI): 3041507202.
To be precise about what that means: registration is a filing obligation for cosmetic manufacturing establishments, not a mark of approval. The FDA does not approve cosmetic products or the facilities that produce them, and any manufacturer describing a cosmetic as “FDA approved” is misstating the position. What registration does confirm is that this facility is on record with the agency and subject to its inspection authority.

Products manufactured at our Chatsworth facility are stocked by retailers including Target, Sephora, Marshalls and Burlington. We manufacture for the brands that own those products; the retail relationships belong to our clients.

Does certification cover hair care products such as shampoo?
Yes. Hair care is named explicitly in the certified scope of all three standards, which means shampoo, conditioner and other hair products are manufactured under the same certified quality, GMP and safety systems as our skin care lines.
